The Nexlink® Modular Server is an ideal platform to provide high performance and high redundancy to healthcare data centers.
Built on Intel® Multi-Flex technology, the Modular Server integrates Server Compute Modules, dedicated storage, and networking into a single chassis. The system is ideally suited for:
- Application serving
- Virtualization projects
- Server consolidation
Custom Built for Healthcare
The Seneca quality management system is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified providing a comprehensive management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices.
Our years of experience in designing and bringing purpose built, small to mid volume, computing platforms to market, make us a natural partner for healthcare customers in need of unique and innovative products.
Seneca partners with leading workstation on wheels (WOWs) and medical and non-medical grade computer manufacturers, along with digital healthcare resellers to provide carefully crafted mobile and wall-mounted Point of Care (POC) solutions. These solutions are engineered to integrate seamlessly into the workflow of healthcare facilities such as:
- Urgent Care and Surgical Centers
- Assisted Living and Nursing Homes
- Private Practices
Our Point of Care and Mobile Point of Care solutions readily support and are deployed for:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE)
- Emergency Room
- Operating Room
- Nurse and general work station
Computers on Wheels and Workstation on Wheels Validation Process
Successful Mobile Point of Care (MPOC) cart deployments require a balancing act between critical factors like:
- Integration into clinical workflow
- Battery life
Our engineering lab tests and documents the performance of our computers with our cart partners to accurately validate performance and cart battery life, for “idle” and “load” conditions. With this testing process, we are able to optimize the system performance, cart battery life and budget band for medical and non-medical grade all-in-one (AIO) and small form factor (SFF) platforms, across a variety of partner cart chassis. The result is shorter evaluation and pilot projects, shorter time to project completion, and decreased project risk.
